The formwork panel is made of high-quality polypropylene and is characterised by its exceptional durability. It has been tested for repeated use in concrete pouring, withstanding approximately 60–80 cycles. It is 100% waterproof and weatherproof without this affecting its quality. Thanks to additives in the material that provide exceptional resistance to acids and alkalis, it does not require the use of release oil. Disassembly is straightforward and does not require oil. The panels are easy to work with and are compatible with other materials, such as wood, steel, and aluminium. Their low weight — 20% less than classic plywood — facilitates transportation and installation, speeding up the process. If the surface of a panel is damaged, it can easily be repaired with glue, even on site. Using these panels can save up to 60% of the total budget compared to standard plywood or metal formwork, making them a cost-effective choice.
